I installed and works perfect with ONVIF 1080P IP cameras. The remote software is fast and stable; allow you to view as well as playback. It is plastic enclosure, but so far no complains about that. The processor is fast, change from one screen to the next fast enough and with no lagging. Has enough features in the admin menu.

It does not come with mounting screws to install a hard drive. I have had to figure everything out as the "Manual" is basic and has no real support. When email their " Support" you can tell they understand little to no English but they emails i receive. are hard to understand. I have to re-word questions several times to get them to understand what i am asking. Im still trying to figure out how to view exported video files as is only exports in a .H264 format.

I purchased this unit to replace another Chinese generic one that i had. I like the updated software compared to my previous model. Seems more stable. This is a nice compact unit. The one thing I don't like is that the case is plastic. It gets hot from the hard drive. I installed the hard drive with a 1/4" piece of metal I had, taped to the 4 TB hard drive. Maybe you can fit a slim fan inside, but it would take a bit of electrical knowledge to wire it in. I also stood it up on 2 small blocks of wood for the air to circulate. I wish there was better documentation as to what each function does not only for setup but for daily use and making sure it's set up correctly to make full use of its functionality. I could not get it to output from the HDMI connector to my monitor that required a DVI-M to HDMI connector on the cable so I'm using the standard monitor output.
