The the manual for email alert(gmail).

1.Login your gmail account in Google.

2.Open the security page and change your account to allow the app accessing your mailbox.

3.Open the setting page in your mail and set up the POP/IMAP.

4. After finish the setting in mail page, just open the app and set up the motion detection in alarm setting.

This is a manual about the email alert for M1Q/M1X/M1Z (gmail).

If you have any good idea about the other mail alert setting, contact us by emai[email protected] or facebook:@digoo team.

Thanks!

I've upgraded my M1Q cameras to 22.0.0.21

Since the FW update, the videos are now no longer recorded to the SD card whit motion detection.

I can only grab videos manually

What proram can I use to see the videos. It's not a standar video format.

It's horrible

Hello, I have similar problem. I have configured everything correct since I have already another IP camera and made the same changes but I cannot get any alerts with motion detection. Not even on the app.

Should the Guard be on? I do not want to have a siren each time there is a movement in the room. I just need the mail alerts or the notification on the app.

Thanks,
