Some of our friends ask for how to configure the setting of phone call of hosa,

now coming with the tips of it : )

1. A sim card is needed, 2g/3g/4g mobile card is supported

2.check if it works

3. Switch----Arm SMS--on

4.Main Menu----Phone

5. Add phone number----Dial & SMS----on

6.Main Menu----record ( inform your home address when calling the police)

7. Make a record, after 20s, confirm and finnish setting : )

Then try to arm and make sensor detect, check if call and sms coming.

More detail plz check the video : https://www.facebook.com/DigooTeam/videos/1451287978243650/

My SIM card provider requires the IMEI to have the device function on the network. How does one determine the IMEI of this system?

Thanks!

@Archer

Hello friend,

HOSA has IMEI number either.

It is included in GSM module and the SIM can recognize this number automatically.

But this number has not showed on the device info.

We have contacted our technicists for solving this problem and they decide to add it in the info page in future.

Best Regards!

#Sasa:

Are you have an estimated date to get that info in the version screen? What is going to happens with the current devices, are they going to be updated?

Thanks in advance

Sebastian

Hi all - I have the same problem. No matter which way round I place the SIM card I either get all grey bars (which probably means it can't even detect the SIM) or I get all grey bars and a grey x (which probably means the card doesn't work. I've tried 2 UK SIMS now and none of them work in the HOSA - but they do work in my spare Android phone.

Please can you advise.

Thanks

Ben
