New Digoo SB-XYZ will not connect to doorbell smartapp v3.3.11 on Android 7.0 Smarthphone. After smartapp finds digoo mac address via bluetooth, the smartapp states "Device has been bound by other accounts". I have not bound phone. First time trying to connect.

I also have this problem with my new doorbell my CID is QDGPMI89CJ0012AR. I sent an email (2) and haven't received a reply.
