Same problem overhere.

Bought the device used.

Smart video doorbel sb-xyz

Device has moved to different location

So the wifi/Bluetooth and existing account

Changed.When trying to connect it says:

“Device is already bound state”

Hello,

Same probleme overhere.I moved to a new appartman, so changed the wifi. I tried everything, changed the username, the account but no result. When trying to connect it says: "Device is already bound state" . Please help me Digoo. thx
