1. issue:

 I have M1Q 960p cam ( iD 7550488 ) purchased from bangood in 2017 and the app says now is the latest firmware, not offer any upgrade version. How can i upgrade it to v21 or newer version? Need to use sd card or how can i download the new firmware? 

I ve read here at official mydigoo forums but in the links for new fw version file I found only an empty rar file without any content.! I cannot find any support video, or any support tutorial here how to upgrade to a newer version beside the DigooEye app, which is not available play store!

The motion detection in the current firmware is too sensitive almost useless!!!, and always send me false alarms without any movement or reason. I ve read the new v21 firmware include the option for motion detection sensitivity adjustment, so please help to upgrade my camera.

One more question: Is it possible to record snapshot or videos to the digoo cloud server with m1q? Or to any other cloud using e.g. an onvif app?


2. issue with Digoo Cloud connection (suggested to use by digoo instead of DigooEye): 

This app not work with my Digoo M1Q  960p camera. it only works with the old digooeye app ( i ve installed 2 years ago when i bought the camera) which is currently unavailable on the playstore. I ve tried to connect my M1Q camera with this Digoo Cloud app also by wifi install and also with QR code setup. NOT CONNECTING !. What can i do?  The M1Q camera current firmware v17 version. Is it possible to connect the M1Q to Digoo Cloud app somehow? provide a video tutorial please.

3. DigooEYE app not available at Google Play store, so i m afraid if i remove it to try to reinstall i cannot find the apk file.
